At The Children’s Academy, children are taught in classes with a low teacher-pupil ratio. Each class has the regular support of a teaching assistant to facilitate one-to-one tuition.
All children, dependent upon need, have access to a full range of specialist on site therapy (physiotherapy, speech & language therapy, occupational therapy, music therapy & behaviour therapy).
Each pupil has an Individual Education Plan with targets reviewed on a regular basis. All children have full access to a modified broad and balanced curriculum, delivered in a way that is dynamic, multi-sensory and tailored to the individual needs of each child.
Whether your child is experiencing a temporary difficulty or has more complex needs that will affect him or her for life, The Children’s Academy will try to help.
